Cancellation Policy

XsodX is a precision motorcycle service studio. The following policies help ensure a smooth and professional experience for both riders and the shop. Deposits. A $50 deposit is required to schedule service and will be applied toward the final cost of the appointment. Deposits may be forfeited for late cancellations, missed appointments, or failure to arrive for the scheduled service time. Appointment Times. Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling depending on shop availability. Cancellations & Rescheduling. Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Service Pricing. Prices listed online are labor estimates unless otherwise noted. Parts, fluids, shop supplies, and additional labor required during service may affect the final total. Authorization for Inspection and Service. By scheduling an appointment, the customer authorizes XsodX to inspect the motorcycle and perform the requested diagnostic or maintenance services. If additional issues are discovered, XsodX will contact the customer for approval before performing additional work whenever reasonably possible. Customer-Supplied Parts. Customers may supply their own parts (including oil and filters). XsodX does not provide warranty coverage for customer-supplied components and is not responsible for defects, incompatibility, or failure of those parts. Test Rides and Operational Checks. XsodX may operate or test ride motorcycles when necessary to diagnose issues, confirm repairs, and verify safe operation. Payment. Full payment is required upon completion of service and prior to the release of the motorcycle. Vehicle Pickup. Completed motorcycles must be picked up within 3 business days unless other arrangements are made. Motorcycles left beyond the pickup period may be subject to a daily storage fee. Motorcycles left unclaimed for extended periods may be subject to additional actions permitted under applicable state law. Safety and Service Refusal. XsodX reserves the right to decline service on motorcycles that are unsafe, improperly modified, or present a safety risk to riders or technicians. Limitation of Liability.
